Aaron FINALLY took a Saturday off and even though our quality time consists of sitting in the garage while he replaces brakes...we enjoy every minute of it! I need to get Brooklyn a tool set I guess because her banging a wrench in our Jeep door isn't good...Ahh!

Brooklyn's new favorite food is tater tots from Sonic. She was so exhausted she fell asleep eating them. See what junk food does!!! Haha.

Miranda watched Brooklyn while mom and I were at the shower and they did so much fun stuff! BK adores Jaxson. He's warming up to us. :) he's a doll and cracks me up with his constant talking that you can't understand-if you can, he is talking about trucks, tractors or dinosaurs. They fed the horses, spent time swinging, rode a wagon and even rode a four wheeler which Brooklyn keeps talking about. And I had to include this picture of Miranda I found from elementary school. So crazy we have been friends for almost 20 years!!! I'm old...

Farmer's Market

We drove by a Farmers market and had some free time so we stopped by. I was so excited-I've never been to one. We bought some peppers, potatoes, peaches, jelly and some fresh lemonade.

Movie day with Shea and Madison. Brooklyn didn't pay much attention at the end and Madison had tears pouring down her face which made Shea cry too. I guess Maddie is big enough to understand the sadness more now.

Brooklyn completed her 20 book summer reading program and is so proud of the bat and medal she earned. Great job Brooklyn!

Sam

We went to Arkansas to visit Sam Friday for Fathers day. We received a phone call Thursday and he had passed away. It was shocking and I'm heartbroken. Here's a picture of when him and my mom were at a Christmas dinner I believe. Also, I've included a picture someone found of my mom in the 90s with poodle hair. I know she will appreciate that. :) Sam was like a Father to me. I loved him dearly.

Happy 16th Birthday Keylee!

Brooklyn loved swimming with the big kids, found a seagull that KD helped her name Grover, hung onto Keylee like a monkey and played with Kenlee most of the night. It was a beautiful Luau themed party and was lots of fun. We spent the weekend at my moms who found Brooklyn a baby slider turtle. We aren't sure if we are gonna keep it or let it go...

Duplex-almost finished!!!

Our duplex is basically finished. We get keys soon. Brooklyn loves it there. We are all so excited! We spent the day in Fort Smith for Aaron's registration and then spent a couple hours at the water park.
