Sweet snuggles
After curling Brooklyn's hair she just wanted to snuggle. She wasn't feeling well either. She's so busy, I enjoy every minute of her being sweet and cuddly!

Horse land
Brooklyn found these boots while unpacking and said, "these are my cowgirl boots! Im going to horse land!" and she said that for about 2 hours while trying to get daddy to be a horsey for her to ride. ;) gotta love the toddler years. They are so funny!
Pouch Party
Busily nesting for our gliders to come home-making pouches and blankies. We are excited! Aaron's mom is teaching me sewing and not breaking the machine...101.
Shogun Date Night
Spent a fun evening at Shogun and our cook was so talented! We ate too much but at least it was pretty healthy. We were gonna go see a movie but it was a "lightning festival" as Aaron called it. We cracked up at his unique description...for a while!
Independence.
Brooklyn was determined to not nap in her bed. Went to check on her bc my instinct told me something was off and here she was...
Heartbeat
Missing Brooklyn while I'm in Fort Smith for my new job orientation. "A child is never really separated from her mother; they are connected by heartbeat."

Glider Pouch
Becky helped me sew a fleece pouch for the gliders cage. We are gonna make some more and make some toys Friday! Can't wait to have the glider babies to put in there!!!
5am Coffee
Booyah morning! You can't stop us when we've got our coffee! -posted by Aaron...As you can tell he's still a little tired and coo coo. Haha! I asked him to do a post for once. This is our routine the past couple weeks because it's the only time we have to be alone. Brooklyn is still asleep and we just sit on the porch for a little bit (and have the window open so she can see us). And she usually joins us about 6!

Jump Around!
Brooklyn is getting so big! Her hair is so long too! Time is flying by. :( Anyway we all had a blast today at bounce u and she enjoyed a delicious Walmart cookie as always. Madison is a little monkey and can climb everything and Kalob just keeps up with the big kids!
Running Around
Busy day today. Took Aaron to work, Walmart, Arvest, then to Bounce U with Shea and the kids. After Bounce U we went to the mall for lunch and moms birthday present, rode the carousel and dropped stuff at Goodwill on the way home. More packing and laundry to do because we sold our washer/dryer and the guy is picking it up Thursday. Busy busy! Can't wait to be moved and settled. :) Shea got Brooklyn and Madison a grab bag at Bounce U and BK loves her new dolphin necklace. Thank you Shea!
Bought an apron...
Since I've consistently been learning to cook, I've really wanted an apron. I found a really cute one at the arts and crafts fair and got it! Im so excited. I have just been making a lot of chicken as vegetables and trying to use all the groceries we have since we are moving in 2 weeks. We've had malt o meal for dinner a couple nights...lots of sandwiches, etc. Yesterday I got back into the swing of things a little and made some hummus and a Mediterranean pizza. As you can see I haven't used my garlic in a while. Haha! Anyway, my tahini was bad so I didn't get to eat my hummus but was successful in making it so that was fun! I had never made it before. Simple ingredients in a blender and you're done! Can't wait to get moved and get loaded up on healthy groceries again.
Almost 3 weeks old
The gliders are almost 3 weeks old. It's still FIVE weeks til we can take them home. Seems like forever but it will give us time to prepare and get settled in our new home. I had to include the blurry picture Brooklyn took of us. :)
Belle and Thunder
Our gliders are growing so much and getting more adapted to us holding them. Belle is less crabby and Thunder is adventurous as always and crying for his mommy less. :) As a mom, I have felt sad to take them away from their mommys but it would be us or someone else I guess. Plus, I keep reading that the momma gliders actually force their joeys out when weaned so they can get on with delivering their next Joey! So, that makes me feel better.

Molleigh
Aaron's cousin Molleigh was in town for a softball tournament ad Brooklyn just fell in love with her. She followed her and Glen everywhere and especially loved watching Molleigh play softball!

-_-No nap-_-
Refusing to nap til we get to Target of course and fell asleep at like 4:30-she's still asleep at 7! This is one of times where she would probably sleep all night but I think I need to wake her up now to be sure she sleeps all night later. Ahhhh! :) she's so sweet! Til I wake her up anyway...haha!
Softball Game
Brooklyn loves any form of baseball and Aaron's cousin had a game in Tulsa today. Bk had so much fun watching Molleigh and eating her skittles. :) It was really hot so we didn't stay long.
Just like Daddy
I got out of bed this morning and noticed Brooklyn was snuggled up next to Aaron and laying the same way. They were so sweet. She must've came in our room at like 3am. Little sneaky girl! :)
