Daddy loves to spend time with you and he is so great to give you baths and love on you and rock you and snuggle you.

7th year Anniversary

We celebrated a lot today! Breslin wore shoes for the first time, rolled from back to tummy twice for the first time and Aaron and I had a coffee date to celebrate 7 years of marriage. 

Sissy loves sucking on her fingers, she loves to smile and coo. We spend most of our time at church in the nursery but that's ok. We are enjoying precious moments! 

Rolling over!!

Breslin has done it! She's rolled from her back to her tummy. She's been trying to and kept getting caught on her arm but she did it by herself today. 9/13/15 She has also discovered her little feet recently. Her high pitch squeal is getting perfected as I type this. She's discovered all kinds of new things this week. 

Tummy sleeper

Breslin, you fell asleep tonight for the first time in your tummy. Praying for you to sleep safely my little precious baby. I can't believe you can roll over already. You will be 5 months old in 3 days. We love you so much!! We are making our first trip with you to Broken Arrow tomorrow to see Gabba and Paw Paw. 

Today was also the first day you saw a fish tank and you were mesmerized. 

Sister found a froggie and named it Mr. Pickle pants. We love our precious little girls. 

5 months

This little pink outfit was mine as a baby. 

Breslin is 5 months old, she loves to be with anyone in her family, loves massages, is getting ready for solid foods, and had a braid in her hair for the first time today! 

First Day of First Grade

My sweet little baby going to first grade. I also started my new job today and we rushed out the door so we had to stop and take pictures in a neighbors yard. Brooklyn was excited and showed no signs of nerves. I'm thankful that she was happy to go because it helped me not be anxious!

Breslin Pearl

Today is August 17, 2015. Brooklyn started first grade today and she loved it. Tonight will be the fourth night you have slept in your crib. The first night you slept three hours and woke up every three hours almost to the minute. The second night you woke up every 3 1/2  hours and last night you slept five hours and then four. I'm so thankful we kind of finally have a little routine for you and Sissy. You have been rolling from your tummy to your back but I have not seen you roll from your back to your tummy. 

You're starting to really love little toys that you can easily grasp with your hands. We also got you a few teething toys because that has been a big issue lately. 

I feel like you're amber necklace has been working as far as making you more comfortable in the evenings and also just making mommy more aware of your teething and it reminds me to be patient and compassionate for those irritable times that I just can't make you happy. 

Brooklyn is so proud to be your big sister!
