Miranda's Baby

Recycle!

We figured out real quick that we only get to set out a tiny amount of trash on Fridays because Recycle Day is Tuesday. Sadly, I've never recycled before so hopefully all the paper, plastic and cardboard we put in there is ok. :) it was fun and feels good to recycle even if it's just a little. Plus, it teaches BK a good habit to not be so wasteful in such a major wasteful country. I also included a picture of my neighbor's unused recycle can that makes me jealous because we don't have one. Haha! I'm thinking about asking them if we can use it...oh and Brooklyn saw an airplane. :) I love her little sleeper because it makes her look a little more like a sweet baby. Can't believe she is almost 3 and a half!

2 weeks til they come home!

Bonding time with Belle before we bring her home in 2 weeks. They're still kinda scared of BK (for good reason) but she is learning. She got in big trouble for poking Belles eye...we will just continue setting boundaries and teach her to be kind. She just gets too excited...

Happiness

When we are down or bored and just want to get away, we just head to Cherry Berry an find temporary happiness! We also have found a few extra pounds there...whoops!

Reality.

I can't believe we are already moved. Our house that we've raised our daughter in for 3 years is just history. Everything happened so fast I didn't have time to cry or really realize what all this means. She came home to that house, took her first steps there, her first bath in a bathtub, said her first words...met all the people she loved there...what do we do? Forget it and move on? Cherish the time we had there and open our eyes to making new memories? I have that lump in my throat right now. I want to cry but I am also excited/scared about our future. Staying home with Brooklyn was like heaven (as I imagine it...) but it makes it even harder to go back to work now. I hope this all falls into place. I hope I feel better about it soon. I trust God has everything perfectly planned as he always does. It's just hard to see it sometimes.

Story time!

Brooklyn and Aaron started going to a new story time and she has a blast. I was on call last week but not til 11 so I had time to make it with them. Yay!

Remy Alba

My new niece! Shea named her after my Grandma who passed away Christmas Day 2003. Remy is beautiful, and so precious!
