There's a lot of power in my feet on a treadmill. Freedom, sanity, peace, a purpose. Exercise= time to myself. I need it and I hope I can make it a priority. Time alone gives me time to also worship God and see his love for me. I've been overwhelmed with depression and I refuse to submit to medication when this is all the medication I need.


24min on treadmill (hey, every minute counts) 20 minute pace and just over 1 mile. Compared to where I was a year ago it's sickening. Compared to where I was yesterday, it's a major accomplishment. Did 4 sets of 8-12 reps of legs, 10 min abshttp://sworkit.com/ and 5 min stretching...not gonna lie, a little afraid of my soreness tomorrow.
