Visiting the babies...

Miranda came with me to Sheila's to meet the gliders. She also got to meet her little baby that was out of pouch just about a week ago. So precious! They're so fun and starting to climb all over and not be as scared. I really felt like they knew me this time and were happiest with me holding them. :) That's what's so neat about gliders.. They form unbreakable bonds with their human families. Also, I finally found a vet in my area that treats exotics. Yay!!!

Big girl and little boy!

Sheila told us Belle would e bigger than Thunder and she was right, of course! Belle weighs about 10 grams more than Thunder. I miss them so much! Can't wait to bring them home. :)

Happy Birthday Momma!

I took mom to The Melting Pot for her birthday and surprised her with a new watch. We had fun and it was nice to have a break from the craziness of moving, starting a new job, back to school, etc. I have to explain the old man cake topper I gave her first...my moms very kind and hilarious uncle passed away last year. It was so sad to see him go but I will always have the memories of his pranks, jokes and sweet hugs. It was especially sad to see his wife, Maxine, mindlessly giving away everything in her home stating, "I just don't need all these things..." She gave away some beautiful dishes, fun toys, and randomly tried to hand off this cake topper from Glen's 80th birthday. We all kindly said, "no, thank you..." and encouraged each other to go ahead and take it. To make light of the situation we all laughed, made it a joke and began to secretly sneak the cake topper into each others cars, purses, etc throughout the day. I ended up with the darn thing but conveniently left it in my moms car when we dropped me off...only to find it in my mailbox later that day. ;) So, we definitely had to explain this to our waiter when mom opened the much loved little old man cake topper! I love you mom! Hope you had a wonderful birthday!!!

Flower Dog

Kristen's dog Jasmine was the ring bearer and flower girl and she did a great job! ;) As you can see Brooklyn got very very tired toward the end. She danced the night away.

Wedding Bells

Waiting to be shuttled up to Jasen and Kristen's beautiful wedding on the lake. It was amazing out there! The most gorgeous view of the water, infinity pool and hot tub, a custom playground, outdoor kitchen, hammocks, fire pits, etc.
