Afternoon Snack

1/2cup Chobani Greek yogurt, blueberries, almonds and granola. Pre gym snack! Trying to get back into a healthy routine. I'm so nervous about being back at work. I was able to plan my meals and snacks better before. I am doing this for my family though! I gotta stay strong and hang in there. :)
